OUR STATEMENT OF VISION
We are living, breathing army of worshippers who tear down strongholds through our demonstration of praise every week at ANCC.
The Music Team
The music team is made of the music ministry, praise and worship ministry sub-teams such as duos, trios and quartets as well as soloists. It is made up of individuals who have the passion to worship God both with their voices and their lifestyles and are willing to continuously develop their skills in singing to praise and worship. The Praise Team stands on the front line, leading the congregation in worship.
OUR OBJECTIVES
1) Lift up the name of Jesus.
2) Come to service filled with God’s Spirit and power, ready to pour out of your spirit praise, the river of His Spirit, and sacrifice.
3) Stand in the gap of hopelessness and pain by declaring what God has done, is doing, and will do to the enemy.
4) Prepare the ground of people’s hearts for the seed of the Word. Our praise is the plow that breaks the hard, calloused ground of religion, sin, and rebellion.
5) Lead people into the life-changing presence of God through our example of worship and praise.
6) Create a place for people to express and invest their gifts in the Body of Christ.
7) Commit ourselves to excellence, prayer, and unity in everything we do.
8) Most importantly, it is our responsibility to live a life of worship before God as Romans 12:1 declares: “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship.”
